<16 Slot Management Converter Chassis>

MC-16i is designed to accommodate 16 slide-in modules of various type of media converter modular, it can be install to any cabinet that compatible EIA RS310C Standard.The 16 slots Modular chassis can to accommodate many type of 100Mbps Fiber media converter , such single-mode fiber or multi-mode fiber to twisted pair cable .Each media converter module can transparently link any backbone device , such as Switch, Router, NIC and operate on independently segment.. For the management function, users can management the chassis and get each media converter module s operate information and remote side converter information, such as Link lose forwarding (LLF), management module will send Traps to NNMs and record a Log file when the event happened.
